During your communication, be ready to provide the details of your gift voucher, including the unique code or any other relevant information.

Our team will guide you through the redemption process. This may include verifying the gift voucher details and applying the corresponding amount to your event. 

After redeeming the gift voucher, we will calculate the remaining balance for your event. An invoice will be promptly generated and sent to you via email. 

Review the invoice and proceed with the payment for the remaining balance to confirm your event reservation. Payment instructions will be clearly outlined in the invoice. When making payments, rest assured that we prioritize your security. We will only process payments through a secure link provided by us.
