Frequently Asked Questions

 Young kids all the way up to grandparents find themselves laughing and giggling inside a KnockerBall. Great for sports teams, youth groups, schools, corporate events and team building, private parties and birthdays. 

 We love to support educational institutions and other special interest groups as well as the armed forces. 

 Our event coordinators clean and sanitize the balls and all equipment after each use. 

 Knockerballs have been used by people young and old. It is important to evaluate each individual before playing. 

There is no minimum weight or maximum weight restriction, but it is important to play with players that are similar sizes.  

  There is no height limit, but in order to provide a safe user experience, you must have a minimum of 6″ clearance over the player's head. 

 We require a 50% credit card deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. If for some reason a cancelation is needed the deposit will be kept as a raincheck for one year from cancelation date. In the event the booking was paid in full the 50% deposit will be retained on raincheck and the balance submitted to our merchant processor for refund within three business days. You may also choose to hold the entire amount on raincheck, please just let us know when you call. If for some reason it was agreed in writing to refund the full amount, and if paid by credit/debit card the processing fee originally charged will be deducted from the refund. 

Sorry but no rental will be allowed with a 40% chance of rain in the forecast. In the event of rain, we will cancel your outside set up and apply any deposit to another open date within one year of cancelation 

 Changes to events can be made at no charge as long as there is availability. Please give us call.

Our knockerball rentals start at 8 knockerballs for $450, and our other package offers 12 knockerballs for $650. Depending on the size of your event, this can average out to $6-8 per person. If you have more than 20 people, we can customize your package and add additional bubbles as needed.
